Key Responsibilities:

• Execute compliances under the Companies Act and SEBI Listing Regulations (LODR).

• Draft Directors’ Reports, Notices, and complex Corporate Resolutions.

• Analyze Articles and Memorandum of Association for necessary alterations.

• Liaise with the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) for periodic filings.

• Prepare comprehensive Annual Reports and XBRL filings.

• Manage all aspects of Committee and Board Meetings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Must-haves: CS Professional/Qualified (ICSI).

• Preferred: Deep understanding of SEBI Regulations and FEMA.
