Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and review Secretarial and FEMA documents for international clients.

• Execute trackers to monitor applicable compliances for assigned portfolios.

• Liaise with clients to manage relationships and ensure service delivery.

• Execute debtor recovery processes within stipulated timelines.

• Draft documents for Board and Shareholder meetings.

• Collaborate with the audit and tax teams for integrated regulatory solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Must-haves: All CS Professional modules cleared.

• Preferred: Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
