Job Summary: Work with a part of a fast-growing Indian unicorn (Zetwerk)! This role offers a front-row seat to the compliance needs of a technology-driven manufacturing ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute ROC filings and manage the MCA V3 portal.

  • Draft Minutes of Meetings and maintain the Minute Book.

  • Analyze the Companies Act, 2013 to ensure 100% statutory compliance.

  • Liaise with the legal team to support corporate governance.

  • Maintain statutory registers and prepare annual filing documents.

  • Coordinate board meeting logistics and documentation flow.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Must-haves: Cleared all modules of CS Professional.

  • Preferred: Immediate joiners based in Mumbai.
