Qualified Company Secretary – Rise Finconnect

Job Summary: Dive into the world of professional consultancy and risk management. You will act as a lead consultant for multiple clients, managing everything from incorporations to complex RBI filings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute incorporations for Private Ltd, LLPs, AOPs, and Trusts.

• Analyze and handle RBI compliances (FCGPR, FCTRS, FLA reporting).

• Liaise with the ROC to handle notices and inspection of public documents.

• Manage the entire lifecycle of share issuance, splits, and transfers.

• Draft responses to regulatory notices and compounding applications.

• Execute registrations for GST, MSME, DPIIT, IEC, and Trademarks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Must-haves: Qualified CS with 2-3 years of experience.

• Preferred: Prior experience in consulting or Big 4 firms.
