Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute end-to-end accounting processes and ensure precision in financial record-keeping.

  • Analyze GST and TDS data to ensure timely and accurate tax filings.

  • Liaise with internal departments to facilitate ROC filings and secretarial compliance.

  • Support the senior management during statutory and internal audit cycles.

  • Draft compliance reports and maintain records as per the Companies Act and Tax laws.

  • Maintain the compliance calendar to ensure zero-delay in regulatory submissions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Must-haves: Qualified CA or CS (Freshers); Solid understanding of Indian Taxation.

  • Preferred: Residents of Lucknow or those willing to relocate immediately.
