Job Summary: Join a high-energy team in Chennai to manage the secretarial lifecycle of startups and international entities. This role offers rare exposure to Private Placements, ESOPs, and Cross-Border funding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute filings for Private Placements, Rights Issues, and Preferential Allotments.

  • Analyze FEMA and RBI regulations for FDI, ODI, and cross-border funding.

  • Liaise with regulatory bodies (RBI/SEBI/MCA) and startup founders.

  • Draft precise board minutes, resolutions, and notices for shareholders.

  • Support ESOP implementation and corporate restructuring assignments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Must-haves: Semi-Qualified CS; Strong understanding of Company Law & FEMA.

  • Preferred: Prior experience in a funding-intensive environment or startup ecosystem.
