You will be responsible for the critical "Yes/No" on credit proposals, balancing business growth with risk mitigation.

Job Summary: Drive financial inclusion in the Balotra region by joining a leading housing finance player. You will be responsible for the critical “Yes/No” on credit proposals, balancing business growth with risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze credit applications and financial profiles of mortgage applicants.

  • Execute risk assessment and verification of borrower’s repayment capacity.

  • Liaise with sales and technical teams to ensure timely file processing.

  • Evaluate local market trends to prevent fraudulent credit activities.

  • Maintain adherence to the company’s credit policy and NHB/RBI guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Must-haves: CA Fresher, CA Inter, or MBA/M.Com with 1–2 years credit experience.

  • Preferred: Local candidates from Balotra or nearby Rajasthan locations.
