Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute secretarial compliances as per RBI, NHB, and Companies Act guidelines.

  • Analyze regulatory shifts in the NBFC-HFC sector to ensure internal adherence.

  • Liaise with PE investors and board members for meeting coordination.

  • Draft compliance certificates and reports for RBI and NHB supervision.

  • Maintain high standards of corporate governance within a regulated environment.

  • Support corporate actions including fundraising and regulatory audits.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Must-haves: Qualified Company Secretary (CS) – Freshers.

  • Preferred: Knowledge of NBFC / HFC regulatory frameworks.
