Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed credit assessment and underwriting for working capital proposals
• Perform financial analysis of balance sheets, cash flows, and projections
• Monitor credit portfolios and evaluate ongoing risks
• Ensure strict compliance with bank policies and RBI guidelines
• Prepare credit notes and present proposals to sanctioning authorities
• Liaise with relationship teams and clients for data requirements
• Support in limit enhancements and annual credit reviews
• Maintain documentation standards and audit readiness

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Haves:

• Qualified CA (Freshers preferred)
• Strong understanding of financial statements and ratio analysis
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred:

• Articleship exposure in banking or corporate lending
• Knowledge of working capital products and credit norms
