Key Roles & CTCs:

• President (Finance): CA | 10+ yrs | ₹3–4 LPM

• VP (Accounts/Taxation): CA | 10+ yrs | ₹3 LPM

• AGM (Legal Compliance): CA | 4–5 yrs | ₹1–1.2 LPM

• CS Trainee: Freshers (Hands-on corporate exposure).

Core Responsibilities:

• Execute large-scale financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow management.

• Analyze tax liabilities (GST/TDS) and lead departmental audits.

• Liaise with external auditors and legal counsel for risk management.

• Manage ERP systems (SAP/Tally) across multiple plant locations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Must-haves: Relevant degree (CA/CS/M.Com) as per the specific role.

• Preferred: Industry exposure in Steel, Mines, or Manufacturing.
