Job Summary: Step into the heart of the capital markets! We are looking for a trainee to assist in real-world IPO execution and merchant banking compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the team in IPO documentation and Due Diligence processes.

  • Execute compliance tasks related to SEBI (ICDR) and (LODR) regulations.

  • Liaise with stock exchanges and regulatory bodies for project filings.

  • Analyze financial statements for secretarial audit purposes.

  • Draft legal documents and offer letters for capital market transactions.

  • Coordinate with clients for data gathering and verification.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Must-haves: CS Professional/Executive level of ICSI.

  • Preferred: High interest in Merchant Banking and Capital Markets.
