🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Internal Audits and assist in risk assessment
  • Work on Statutory & Government Audits
  • Participate in Bank Branch Audits
  • Assist in Tax Audits and Income Tax Compliance
  • Exposure to IBC / NCLT matters
  • Filing of GST Returns and TDS Returns
  • Handling Foreign Payments, 15CA/CB, DTAA compliance
  • ROC filings and corporate compliance work
