Are you a Qualified Company Secretary with a passion for Capital Markets? We are hiring for a Manager Role in the IPO Execution Team for a top-tier Merchant Banking firm with a PAN India client base. This is a high-impact role involving the end-to-end management of Public Issues.

Core Responsibilities:

  • IPO Execution: Managing the entire IPO process, from Due Diligence to Listing.

  • Drafting: Preparing DRHP, RHP, and Prospectus in compliance with SEBI (ICDR) Regulations.

  • Regulatory Liaison: Coordinating with SEBI, Stock Exchanges (NSE/BSE), and Registrar to the Issue.

  • LODR Compliance: Ensuring post-listing compliance and corporate governance standards.

Compensation & Requirements:

  • CTC: ₹24 LPA to ₹38 LPA (based on experience and expertise).

  • Qualification: Qualified Company Secretary (CS).

  • Experience: Prior experience in IPO execution or Capital Markets is highly preferred.

  • Joining: Immediate to short-notice joiners preferred.
