Infina Finance Private Limited is looking for aspiring Company Secretaries to join our team in Mumbai. This is an ideal role for ICSI students who have cleared their Executive or Professional levels and are ready to fulfil their mandatory training requirements in a dynamic NBFC environment.

What You Will Learn

As a trainee in an RBI-registered NBFC, you will get hands-on experience that mirrors your CS Executive and Professional syllabus:

• Corporate Governance: Assisting with Board, Committee, and General Meetings.

• Secretarial Standards: Applying SS-1 and SS-2 in real-world documentation.

• ROC Compliance: Drafting and filing forms (PAS-3, SH-7, MGT-14, etc.) via the MCA portal.

• NBFC Regulations: Understanding RBI compliance and the specific legalities of “Lending Against Securities.”

• Statutory Records: Maintaining Minute Books and Registers.

Requirements

• Educational Stage: Must be a CS Executive or CS Professional student.

• ICSI Eligibility: Candidates must be eligible to commence training as per ICSI (Institute of Company Secretaries of India) regulations.

• Skills: Basic knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013, good drafting skills, and a willingness to learn.
