Key Responsibilities (BDE)

• Generate leads for US IT staffing requirements
• Client coordination and requirement understanding
• Cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach
• Maintain client relationships and pipeline

Key Responsibilities (HR Executive)

• End-to-end recruitment for US IT positions
• Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Client coordination and candidate onboarding
• Maintain recruitment database and reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Haves:

• Graduate 2023–2025: MBA / M.Com / M.Com(CA) / M.Sc (Maths/Physics/Statistics)
• Excellent English communication skills (Written & Spoken)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Basic computer knowledge

Preferred:

• Prior internship in sales, BPO, or recruitment
• Interest in US IT Staffing or HR
