Associate / Senior Associate (General Ledger) | Leading MNC

Job Summary: Manage the “heart” of the finance function for a major organization. This role offers hybrid flexibility and the chance to specialize in US GAAP and complex month-end close processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute journal entries, fixed asset accounting, and intercompany reconciliations.

• Analyze ledger accounts to identify and resolve discrepancies.

• Liaise with international finance teams during US and India shifts.

• Support the month-end close process to ensure timely financial reporting.

• Maintain schedules for balance sheet reconciliations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Must-haves: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter; Minimum 3 years of experience in GL.

• Preferred: Knowledge of US GAAP and SAP.

Skills Section: General Ledger, US GAAP, SAP, Reconciliations, Journal Entries, Fixed Assets, Month-End Close, Excel.
