As an FDD Associate, you will dissect financial health to empower investors with the insights needed for multi-million dollar deals.

Job Summary: Join the front lines of high-stakes M&A and Private Equity transactions. As an FDD Associate, you will dissect financial health to empower investors with the insights needed for multi-million dollar deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze “Quality of Earnings” (QoE) and EBITDA to normalize financial data for investors.

  • Execute buy-side and sell-side due diligence assignments for PE and M&A clients.

  • Liaise with client finance teams to bridge data gaps during transaction cycles.

  • Evaluate working capital trends and net debt positions.

  • Draft comprehensive FDD reports and financial models for strategic decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Must-haves: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA); 1–3 years experience in FDD or Transaction Advisory.

  • Preferred: Candidates from NCR region with a passion for live PE deals.
