Core Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Secretarial department in daily compliance tasks.

  • Drafting notices, agendas, and minutes for meetings.

  • Assisting in the preparation of the Annual Report.

  • Tracking regulatory changes and updates from MCA/SEBI.

Requirements:

  • Must be an ICSI student eligible for management training.

  • Good understanding of the Companies Act, 2013.

  • Proactive learner with a keen eye for detail.
