Required CA/ICWA Distinguished Analyst – External Manufacturing Finance

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute robust plant financial management, ensuring precise monthly closures and compliance.

• Analyze cost and variance data to identify hidden risks and strategic growth opportunities.

• Liaise with cross-functional plant teams to drive budgeting and forecasting accuracy.

• Draft comprehensive MIS reports and track Plant KPIs for global leadership reviews.

• Maintain the general ledger and oversee reconciliation accuracy for manufacturing units.

• Support audit, taxation, and internal control processes to safeguard financial integrity.

• Liaise with operational teams to implement cost-saving initiatives and efficiency benchmarks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Must-haves: CA / ICWA / MBA (Finance) with 2–4 years of experience.

• Preferred: Proven track record in Manufacturing or Plant Finance.
